Bandler was blunt about it: NLP is an attitude and a methodology, not the trail of techniques it leaves behind. We train the attitude, teach the methodology, and treat the techniques as what falls out of them.

That is the part worth noticing. Not that they said it, but that you took it inside, wrapped it in your own voice, and have been playing it back to yourself ever since. And then you called it your personality.
Every time you say "I have to," that is an induction. Every time you say "it's hard to," that is a suggestion, delivered in the one voice you never think to question. You are already doing this. You are simply not very good at it yet.
You will know it is working when a person notices the loop starting, interrupts it mid-sentence, and chooses the next state deliberately. Not after therapy. Not after ten years. In the room, in the moment, on purpose.
We train people to run their own brain with enough precision that the mind stops arguing and Spirit moves without interference.
IONI teaches you to run your own mind so well that you stop needing to.
That is the reverse-guarantee logic in the positioning itself. The institution exists to make itself unnecessary, which is the only honest claim an NLP school can make.Curiosity, experimentation, willingness to be wrong, and an insistence on what works over what is merely true. Almost nobody teaches it.
Almost nobody teaches itModelling. Find a person who is genuinely excellent, code what they actually do, and transfer it to someone who cannot do it yet. Rarely, and rarely well.
Rarely, and rarely wellThe swish, the anchor, the reframe. Each one is somebody's finished homework. We teach you to do the homework.
Everybody sells this oneEvery programme is built around spaced practice with external feedback. What you did between the sessions is the course; the sessions are the scaffolding.
Parts of NLP's historical claims did not survive testing. We separate what replicates from what does not, and we do it ourselves rather than waiting for a critic.
We train content-free work (Clean Language, Symbolic Modelling, New Code) so practitioners stop imposing their own map on the people they serve.
You did the seven days. You liked it. The folder is on a shelf.
They arrive, they feel better, they come back with the same problem in different clothes.
You know more NLP theory than most certified practitioners. There is less to unlearn.
We would rather run a single programme properly than a catalogue of weekends.
A twenty-four week mastery programme. Six movements: Attitude, Language, Machinery, Self, Field, Modeller. Techniques arrive in Month 3, deliberately, because a pattern run from a poor state does not work.
No certificate. Graduates finish with a portfolio: logged hours, twelve coded recordings, a completed modelling project, a signature process and a public teaching act.
One exemplar, one model, one transfer, six weeks. Opens to graduates of Spirit of NLP after Cohort 02.
Monthly case supervision for practising graduates. Recorded work, coded by peers, held to the same standard.
Modelling engagements for teams: coding what your best performers actually do, and transferring it to the rest.
NLP has an overclaiming problem. Stating our limits plainly is the fastest route to being believed about everything else.
Two decades as a certified Master Trainer. Nine books. One conviction: capability is demonstrated, not certified.

ShriViral trained as a Master Trainer in NLP with the National Federation of NeuroLinguistic Psychology, USA, twenty years ago, and is a certified hypnosis practitioner. Which, on its own, would tell you very little. What has happened in the eighteen years since is the part that matters: going back through the core concepts rather than forward through the technique catalogue.
He designed Spirit of NLP after watching too many certified practitioners arrive unable to run a pattern in front of a live room, not through any fault of their own, but because seven days cannot produce a skill that requires spaced repetition, external feedback and real-world reps. The Institute exists to change that.
ShriViral is also the founder of Ppure Energy Gurukul, a sanctuary where Vedic knowledge, energy alchemy and modern psychology meet. That work is kept deliberately apart from the Institute: Spirit of NLP is taught as pure NLP, with nothing of the esoteric in the room.
Good. You will move faster, and your group will learn from having you in it. We find out in Week 3 what the certificate actually bought you.
Also good, and in one specific way better: there is less to unlearn. Half of what a certified practitioner arrives with has to be taken apart first.
Then do not come. We mean that kindly. Two hours live and about three hours of practice a week, for twenty-four weeks. Look at your calendar honestly before your bank balance.
Yes. Ask, and we will arrange something sensible. Money is a solvable problem, and we would rather solve it than lose somebody who should be in the room.
If you are deciding whether this is right for you, write and say what you are trying to become able to do. You will get an honest answer, including when the answer is that we are not the right fit.
