Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It applies to everyone who visits ioni.in or submits a form on this site.

What we collect

When you register for the webinar or apply for the Spirit of NLP programme, we collect the details you submit in the form:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • WhatsApp / phone number
  • For workshop applicants: your NLP experience, professional background, goals, and reason for applying
  • Technical data: which page you submitted from, which CTA you clicked, UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign), the referring site, and the page you were on
  • Time and date of submission

How we use it

  • To confirm your registration and send your webinar or application details
  • To send payment links and process seat confirmations
  • To review workshop applications and communicate admission decisions
  • To contact you about the programmes you have expressed interest in
  • To understand which channels bring registrations (UTM data), so we can improve the website

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon (Vercel), with infrastructure on Vercel. Email is delivered through SendCorex. These providers may process data in regions outside India. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone.

Payments

Payments are processed through external payment links (UPI, Razorpay or similar). We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details on this site.

Cookies and tracking

  • UTM cookies: stored for up to 7 days so we can attribute a registration to the campaign that brought you.
  • Meta Pixel: if enabled, a conversion pixel records page views and form submissions for advertising measurement. You can opt out via your Meta ad settings.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you at any time. Write to connect@ioni.in and we will respond within 7 days.

Terms of Service

By using this website and registering for any programme, you agree to these terms.

The webinar: Stop Doing NLP (free)

  • Webinar date: 9 September 2026, 7:00 PM IST. Dates may be added or changed; registered participants will be informed by email.
  • The session is live only. It is not recorded and no replay is provided.
  • The webinar is free. Registering holds your seat; there is no fee to attend and nothing to refund.
  • Seats are limited and issued in order of registration.

The programme: Spirit of NLP (₹66,000 early seats)

  • The first 10 seats are ₹66,000, or until 20 August 2026, whichever comes first, after which the regular price of ₹86,000 applies.
  • Entry is by application, not by payment alone. We review every application and confirm admission by email.
  • The programme runs 24 weeks, beginning the first week of September 2026, with 25 seats per cohort.
  • No certificates are issued. Graduates receive a portfolio of logged hours, recordings, modelling project, and a signed process.
  • Instalment options are available on request; specific payment terms will be shared at admission.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information in forms.
  • Attend live sessions with camera where participation requires it; sessions are interactive by design.
  • Do not record, redistribute, or resell session content or course material. Programme material is for your personal use only.

Our commitments

  • NLP is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. We do not work on clinical or traumatic material in training rooms, and we state our limits plainly.
  • We are honest about what does and does not hold up in NLP research.

Refunds

Webinar refunds are moot: the webinar is free. Workshop refunds are handled case by case before the programme begins; once a cohort starts, fees are not refundable except where required by law.

Limitation of liability

The Institute of NLP India provides education and training. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, attendance at sessions, or application of the material.
