- State modelling: children calibrate to your state more than your words; managing yours is the curriculum they actually learn
- Teen reframing: offering the second true interpretation at the moment of eye-roll takes practice and pays for years
- Meta Model-lite with kids: turning "nobody likes me" into "which situation today?" — gently, curiously
What not to do
No change-work on your children — influence without the ability to decline is coercion at family scale. NLP for parents is your-language training, not child-engineering.
