Starting as one of Bandler and Grinder's early students at Santa Cruz, Dilts became NLP's great systematiser — writing the encyclopedias, developing the SCORE model, and codifying re-imprinting. Critics note his frameworks outgrew their evidence base; admirers note the field would lack most of its usable structure without him. Both are correct.
