Can NLP Improve Memory?

Indirectly and modestly: NLP's contribution is encoding strategy — adding visual, spatial and state hooks to material — rather than any memory-boosting mechanism.

What works from the NLP toolbox: representational variety in encoding (pair the written word with an image and a location — the ancient method-of-loci logic), state-matching between learning and recall, and reviewing in the same context. These are learning-strategy refinements, honest about their size. Clinical memory concerns belong with medical professionals.
