What practitioner-level covers
The base layer: representational systems, rapport, the Meta and Milton Models, anchoring, submodalities, reframing, basic outcomes work, and — in better courses — a first modelling exercise. Delivered as a 4–10 day intensive or spread over weeks. The output should be working competence with core tools on yourself and, with supervision, others.
What master practitioner adds

Who actually needs master level
Practitioners who use NLP professionally and have hit the ceiling of their base training — coaches, trainers, and people doing serious applied work. The prerequisite that matters is not the practitioner certificate but practitioner practice: hundreds of hours since training. A master course taken immediately after a practitioner intensive mostly produces a second certificate, not second-level skill.
